把…看作、认为，当作…
I consider him to be a clever fellow.

considering
considering可以做介词；连词，是“考虑到;就…而言;鉴于”：

介词后跟名词短语；
连词后跟句子。
considerate和considerable
consider有两个形容词，但意思不同。
considerate
考虑周到的;为(他人)着想的，体谅的，体贴的
He's considerate of other people's feelings.
他体谅别人的感受。
The patient has the right to considerate and respectful care.
病人有权得到体贴和尊重的照顾。
considerable
相当多(或大、重要等)的
A considerable number of people travel abroad.
相当多的人出国旅行。
The town is a considerable distance from the coast.
这个城镇离海岸相当远。
Students are under considerable pressure to do well.
学生们承受着相当大的要学习的好压力。
