动词是分及物动词和不及物动词的。
及物动词除了被动语态，后面都得有宾语！

动词如果是及物动词do，就要注意跟一个代词it：

The manager will decide who to do it.
那么what和which后的动词不定式为什么一般没有宾语？
因为从句子意思里，我们会发现，其实what和which就是动词的宾语！
We don't know which bus to take.
You can decide which one to take.
